Lolita23q to Stop Band Activities Two Years After Comeback

Visual Kei band Lolita 23q announced that they will stop band activities this summer.

On March 29th Lolita 23q held a live at TSUTAYA O-WEST and had sad news for their fans there: On June 14th they will hold their very last live at TSUTAYA O-EAST and disband after that. Fans who attend this live can get their hands on a live-limited CD that will be released that day. Details aren't known yet.

In their official comments none of the members really mentions a reason for this desicion. They write that it was like a miracle that their paths crossed again and that they started to be active again as Lolita 23q. But now it's time to disband for real.

In 2009 vocalist Sou departed from the band, one year later the band got a new vocalist, Soshi, but they still decided to go on indefinite hiatus in September 2012. In 2016 the band made its comeback for one night with Sou and announced there that they will completely restart activities in January 2017.
