GIGAMOUS' Vocalist Cancels All Appearances at Concerts

Shiki, vocalist of Visual Kei band GIGAMOUS, has departed from the band one month earlier than planned.

Already four months ago we had sad news for fans of GIGAMOUS. Back in December the band decided to go on hiatus since Shiki expressed his wish to depart from the band. The last live before the hiatus has been decided for March 31st but now the members have another sad announcement: Shiki won't perform anymore with the band - at all.

On February 28th the vocalist didn't perform with the band due to "influenza". Now it has been revealed that there is more to tell. On February 27th the band was supposed to meet for rehearsal but Shiki didn't appear. They cancelled that rehearsal and went to his house instead but weren't able to meet him. In the evening of 27th the vocalist's family contacted the members, saying that he couldn't perform on 28th due to being sick. After announcing that the members were contacted again by Shiki's family stating that he won't be able to perform at all anymore with the band until its hiatus. The wish to speak with him directly wasn't granted.

Following these conversations it has been decided that Shiki has officially departed from GIGAMOUS on March 2nd, 2017 instead of March 31st. The remaining three members stated that they don't want to cancel all the performances that are left until they will go on hiatus, so GIGAMOUS will perform as three-member-band until its last live on March 31st.
