You were looking forward to see Synk;yet standing on stage again with the usual five members? Unfortunately it seems like this won't happen again since guitarist Rino has been fired yesterday.
For Synk;yet fans this January was supposed to end with good news. On January 28th the band announced that bassist shiori will return on stage after pausing band activities for one year due to malignant lymphoma. His first live within a year is scheduled for May 4th 2017. Sadly not all member will be present for his revival live.
Synk;yet fired guitarist Rino on January 30th, 2017 due to two main reasons: since 2015 he has been in contact with other labels for musical activities without informing the members or own label about it. Moreover he is in private contact with fans of the band to ask them for money. With these actions he violates the band's and label's rules and therefore has been fired.
The members also revealed that on January 24th, only a few days before the band's oneman in Tokyo, Rino has expressed his wish to depart from the band.
