In summer 2015 it has been announced that a new Visual Kei label, ROCKSTAR RECORDS, has formed in Tokyo. Bands signed under this label were Avanchick, Betty, Dear, Devil Kitty, THE EGOIST, meary and TAKASHI. But their contracts didn't last long. Within those 1 1/2 years most of the bands have either disbanded or left the label. After Avanchick's departure in December ROCKSTAR RECORDS now announced that they will cease label business.
